Description

Aviationtag x Iron Maiden Edition: Ed Force One

Our exclusive Aviationtag x Iron Maiden Edition "Ed Force One" was made from the original aircraft skin of the legendary Boeing 747-400 with the MSN 32868 - an aircraft with an eventful history.

In March 2003, the aircraft was initially delivered to Air France and registered as F-GITH. In 2015, she moved to Air Atlanta Icelandic, where she flew as TF-AAK from then on. Just one year later, she became world famous as Ed Force One when she accompanied Iron Maiden on their "The Book of Souls" world tour - with none other than frontman Bruce Dickinson himself in the cockpit.

After her time as a flying tour bus for the metal legends, she flew for Saudi Arabian Airlines from August 2016 before being decommissioned in 2022. In 2024, it was finally salvaged - but we have made it our mission to preserve a part of its history together with Iron Maiden!

In our Cologne manufactory, we have carefully processed original parts of this extraordinary aircraft and transformed them into unique aviation tags. The front features the iconic Ed Force One logo, while the back is decorated with Iron Maiden's mascot Eddie. Each Aviationtag is unique – a perfect combination of aviation history and rock 'n' roll. In addition, each Aviationtag comes with a unique booklet that includes an exclusive interview with Bruce Dickinson.
