Return Policy
Whatever your reason, we'll do our best to solve the issue.
We always want you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return a product, you must do so by visiting your order details page and submitting a return request. We will then authorise this request if it is within reason of our return policy, and you may send the product back for either a replacement, store credit or a refund. We will pay for your postage unless stated otherwise in our return policy table. Below are the different reasons you might have for returning and our policy on this:

Model arrived faulty or broken | You must report this to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods by sending us a return request or email. |
Wrong item received | You must report this to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods by sending us a return request or email. |
Product did not match description | If you believe that it did not match the description, report this to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods by sending a return request and we will investigate. |
Changed my mind | Must be reported within 14 days of receipt. We only refund the item cost, no shipping or return shipping costs. |
Goods not as expected | Must be reported within 14 days of receipt. We only refund the item cost, no shipping or return shipping costs. |
